About Joe Goldian

Joe Goldian is a full time residential Realtor with RE/MAX Pros in Westlake, OH servicing Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina county. Joe is a graduate of Ohio University where he recieved a BA in management information systems in 1997. After graduation, Joe started his career as a web programmer at KeyBank in Cleveland, OH. While continuing his technology career at KeyBank, General Electric, web consulting, and partnering at a small web security firm, Joe began investing in real estate. That's when he found his true passion. After buying several investment properties for himself, Joe took the plunge and received his real estate license in 2003 so that he could help others buy and sell homes.

Clients choose to work with Joe because of his integrity, hard work, creativity commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail, and because he believes in making the process fun and enjoyable. Clients can expect a professional, no-nonsense approach to the process. Joe is always available to his past clients, whether they has questions or need a contractor referral. This type of ongoing service results in repeat business and referrals from past customers.

Sellers can expect an aggressive online marketing plan using all of the latest techniques and tools as well as a competitive commission structure. Once a buyer is found, Joe will help negotiate the best possible terms and the highest price for your home. He will guide you through every stage of the process, from handling the paperwork, coordinating inspections, working with the title company, and communicating with the buyer's lender.

Joe handles his buyer clients with extreme patience, whether it's their first house or your last. He will show you as many homes as needed until the perfect property is found to match the needs of the buyer and their family. He doesn't believe in high pressure sales tactics for his buyers. He believes in serving in the role of a consultant as opposed to a salesman.

In his decade plus of experience, Joe has completed a wide array of transactions, including traditional home sales, first time buyers, HUD homes and bank foreclosures, short sales, rental properties, mult family homes, luxury homes, and lakefront property.

Joe is a lifelong resident of the Greater Cleveland area, living in Aurora, Lakewood, Westlake, and currently in Avon, OH with his wife and two young boys. In his free time he enjoys, sports, golf, coaching his children's teams, investing, and family time.
