For the second time in as many months, the National Fair Housing Alliance has accused a bank that does lending in Cleveland of racial discrimination. The NFHA on Tuesday said U.S. Bank discriminates against minorities in Greater Cleveland and several other metropolitan areas nationwide because it neglects foreclosed homes in owns in predominately black and Latino neighborhoods but takes good care of bank-owned homes in white neighborhoods.
