These Cleveland area home listings are updated daily from the multiple listing service (MLS), which is the same database local real estate professionals use to share property information. You’ll be able to search homes for sale in Avon, Avon Lake, Bay Village, Fairview Park, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, Lakewood, Rocky River, Westlake, and many other Cleveland suburbs. After signing up, an email with new homes for sale will be sent the same day a house hits the market or has an update (i.e. price reduction, new photos, etc) of any kind.  You can also login to your search any time to view the full housing inventory that matches your search criteria.   • Be sure to check out the “More Search Options”  link in the search to refine your criteria even further. From here you can search for homes based on: school districts, subdivisions and developments, age of the home, garage size, lot types and sizes, and fireplaces.

The hospital system announced Monday that it has inked a deal to acquire One Harvard Crossing, a 130,000-square-foot building at 20800 Harvard Road. The near-vacant building, part of a well-known Northeast Ohio real estate portfolio that changed hands last year, will sell for $12 million.

Among 20 major metropolitan markets, Cleveland posted the slightest annual gain in June. The increase, of just 0.8 percent from a year before, was the city's slimmest since mid-2012. Nationally, prices were up 6.2 percent from June 2013.

Property records filed Thursday indicate that an American Landmark affiliate gained control of the 28-story building, now called 1111 Superior, this week. The company, based in Skokie, Ill., already owned the Oswald Centre building at 1100 Superior Ave., just across the street.
